Refunds will not be granted if:
If you’re not happy with the editing work, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the edited file. We’ll review your concerns and discuss a possible refund.
If the design doesn’t meet your expectations or agreed guidelines, let us know within 7 days of receiving the files. We’ll evaluate the issue and determine if a refund is appropriate.
Once these services begin, they are non-refundable. These tasks involve third-party fees and resources that can’t be recovered.
