The Authors Lab provides a full range of services to help authors create and promote their books:
Payment must be made in full before work starts, unless we agree otherwise. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Once we start the work, payments are non-refundable.
Once you fully pay for our services, you own the rights to your book and any materials we create for you. You can use all content for your book’s marketing and promotion.
You agree to give us accurate and complete information for your project. If there are delays due to missing info or slow feedback from you, it may affect your timeline. We are not responsible for mistakes caused by incomplete or incorrect details you provide.
Each service includes a set number of free revisions, which we’ll explain in your project agreement. If you ask for extra revisions, there may be additional charges. Please share clear and specific feedback.
Your privacy matters to us. We will keep all your personal and book-related information private. We won’t share your content with anyone unless required by law or with your permission.
We aim to complete all work on time, but delivery times are estimates and may change based on the project’s complexity or delays in feedback. We’ll keep you informed if there are delays.
We work hard to provide top-quality services, but we’re not responsible for any damages caused by using our services. We can’t guarantee book sales or success from marketing efforts.
Because our services are custom, we don’t offer refunds once the work has started. If you cancel before we begin, we may offer a partial refund depending on the work already done. All cancellations must be in writing and reviewed by us
We can end our services if you break our terms or act unethically. You’ll be charged for any work we’ve already completed.
You agree to protect The Authors Lab from any legal claims, damages, or losses related to the work we do for you. This includes copyright issues or disputes over book content.
We may update these terms at any time. We’ll post updates on our website, and new terms will apply immediately after posting.
